chicken cheese bread



Ingredients:
Dough :
Flour : 250gm
Salt : 1 pinch
Butter : 1tbsp
Sugar: 1.5 Tbsp
Yeast : 1tsp
Egg Yolk : 1
Milk : 3/4 Cup or as needed

Filling :
Chicken Breast : 1
Cheese : 1 cup or as needed
Salt : to taste
Black Pepper : 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes : 1 tsp

Method :

Filling :
boil and shred the chicken
mix everything mentioned in filling section and keep aside.

dough

in a bowl add flour, salt , yeast , sugar, butter and egg yolk. Now slowly add warmed milk and make dough,, you may need more or less milk as mentioned in ingredients. make a soft dough and kneed it with u palm to make it smooth for 10 minutes.
Let it rise for 1 to 1 and half hour, till its double in size
Punch it to take out air .

spread the dough into a rectangular shape .
put it to rise again for 20 minutes.
preheat oven at 180 degrees
bake it for 15 to 20 minutes till golden brown
serve hot with chili sauce or ketchup

you can use other fillings as u please

Asian chicken And Vagetable Spaghetti


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/8 red pepper flakes
  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup. chicken , cut into strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup boiled spaghetti drained
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 carrots cut into strips
  • 1 large green bell pepper cut into stripe

How to make it

  • Heat butter in a large, deep skillet over med. heat
  • add pepper flakes and garlic
  • cook, stirring for 1 minute
  • Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper
  • add to skillet
  • cook chicken until no longer pink (about 8-10 min)
  • remove from skillet with slotted spoon
  • add onion to skillet
  • cook onion & celery until tender (about 10 min)
  • add cabbage
  • cook until crisp-tender, about 10 min
  • add steak, spaghetti and soy sauce to skillet.
  • serve hot

Mix 1 spoon milk with 3 drops of glycerine and 6 drops of rose water. Apply it on face and neck and wash it off after 10 mins. It is a good pack for dry skin.

Mix 1 spoon of milk, little wheat flour, pinch of turmeric with few drops of rose water. Apply and wash it off after 15 mins. It makes the skin smooth.

Grind 10 almonds to paste and mix it well with curd. Apply it on face and neck. It is good for dark skin.

Add 1 spoon milk powder to 1 spoon of gram flour and 2 spoons of rose water. Apply it on face and neck and wash it off after 20 mins. It gives a glowing effect.

Mix 1 tsp almond oil, few drops of lime juice, 1 tsp milk to 2 tsp gram flour. Leave on for 20 mins. It is good for dark complexion.

Mix 1 spoon honey to 2 spoon gram flour and fresh cream. Apply and wash it after 20 mins. It gives a smooth skin.

Spread little honey with 2 spoon carrot juice on face, leave for 20 mins. Wash it warm water or with water of soda bicarbonate. This is to reduce wrinkles on face.

Make a mixture of egg yolk and almond oil. Apply it everyday on your face. It is for dry skin.

Use juice of lemon with glycerine on face for pimples and make the face shiny.

Boil carrot for 5 minutes. Make into a paste. Apply for 10 minutes and rinse off with milk. It leaves skin fresh and clean.

For dry skin, add a tsp of honey to egg white and rinse after 20 minutes.It tightens the skin.
