Ingredients :
1 Kg Chicken
Half cup oil.
6-8 Tomato.
Salt, Black Pepper, Cumin, Green chilies, And fresh Coriander.
Heat oil in a karahii or pan.. Add chicken and fry on low heat till the water in the chicken dries. After the water dries fry the chicken in the oil till it turns light brown. Add chopped tomatoes, stirring frequently fry the meat mixture for about 20 minutes until the tomatoes are reduced to a pulp. Now add Salt,black Pepper,Cumin, green chilies and bell pepper. Cover the wok and cook at low heat until the oil began to separate.. Sprinkle with finely chopped coriander leaves.
